The Salt Papers

As you sit in your study today and enjoy your android phone, tablet or screen of selection; pause to consider that two thousand years ago in a series of caves at the lowest elevation on earth below sea level near the dead sea in Saudi Arabia was the scrolls of the dead sea tablets.  In an era of mold, fungus and parasitic cloth; the lone scribes of the papers found a way to preserve these writings of highland shepards, desert farmers and dairy nuns into collection of tablets known today as the dead sea scrolls.

Imagine how far we as a species have come from a world before cleaning chemicals from the touch of parasites and viruses that would have prevented us from circulating and traveling the world beyond in order to share our thoughts on paper and in writing.  From the era of scrolls that came before the invention of paper to the digital age of site and sound, the dead seas scrolls have arisen once again to entertain future scholars and layman readers the thrill of research that have the gift to interperate their meaning.
